PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This mastiff puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. It has had a minimum of its first puppy inoculations as recorded in the health record provided. The buyer has 3 days once the puppy leaves the breeder to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian. Should the puppy be deemed unhealthy, the cause of which is clearly attributed to the breeder, the puppy may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned to breeder for the purchase price or another puppy of equal value. This puppy is being sold as a pet/companion.
Buyer agrees to maintain the good health of this puppy by providing routine vet care, inoculations, etc. All puppies sold with limited AKC registration must by spayed or neutered, without ever being bred, around the age of 12 months (females) or 18 months (male).
This puppy is guaranteed against genetic hip dysplasia during the first year of life. Note: feeding a high-protein, high-fat diet to a Mastiff puppy will cause the puppy to grow too quickly and may cause hip dysphasia. This warranty does NOT cover dysplasia caused by improper diet or nutrition, injuries or any other reason other than genetics. The seller will refund 50% of the purchase price. The x-rays and written verification from vet denoting hip dysplasia must be sent to seller.
